The Program's Terms And Conditions
1. Your satisfaction with your Program is important to us. We offer a 7-Day (from the date and time of purchase) 100% money-back guarantee for the Program purchased provided the course has not begun. Once a course has begun regardless of date of purchase no refunds are offered as you would have had access to materials offered on the course. This course also limits number of participants per run and once a participant has left, the space cannot be substituted with a different participant.
2. If you invest with LTP Brain Based Coaching and/or Janine Giannini using a multi-pay or payment plan you are responsible for completing your monthly payments. If your credit card lapses, access to the course will be suspended immediately. We will reach out to you and give you a 7-day grace period to send us your new information. If payments recommence within the grace period, access will be reinstated. If you do not get your information up to date during that grace period access will be permanently forfeited due to the importance of group cohesion, creating a safe space and group participation in the course.
3. It is essential to provide notice of cancellation in writing to [email protected] within the 7-day period should you want a refund.
4. The programme will be provided over the course specified on the sales page and shall be delivered by a combination of online group discussions, and pre-recorded lessons as detailed on the site.
5. The date and time of all Sessions are as set out on the site but are subject to change. We will provide you with as much notice of any change as is possible, but we shall not be liable to you in any way for any change to such dates or times. Please check the site/emails regularly for updates on changes to dates and times.
6. By booking this course you agree that you are committed to yourself and the journey for the duration of the course. You agree that it is your responsibility to watch the pre-recordings and attend the group online sessions.
8. LTP Brain Based Coaching and Janine Giannini may record the Programme being delivered during your attendance. You authorise us to use your image and voice in any such recordings without payment, other condition or need for further consent.
9. Due to individual differences in response to processes, past experiences, commitment levels and other unforeseen factors no results can be guaranteed, and individual results may vary.
10. Due to the group nature of this course confidentiality of information in the group discussions and processes cannot be guaranteed.
11. LTP Brain Based Coaching and Janine Giannini are the owners or the licensee of all Intellectual Property Rights and all other rights in the Programme and all content within the Programme and nothing in these Terms or otherwise shall operate to transfer the ownership of the Intellectual Property Rights in the Programme or the content of the Programme to you or to any other person.
12. You may not at any time copy, reproduce, publish in any form, share, sell, dispose of or otherwise make available to a third party in any way any of the content or materials contained in the Programme.
13. You acknowledge that certain information contained in the Programme and Programme materials is already in the public domain.
14. You are not permitted to sell or promote products or services to other participants in the Programme at or during any part of our Programme without our prior written permission. Failure to adhere to such will result in being removed from the programme and any related group discussions or group platforms.
15. If you encounter any technical difficulties or other in accessing the course or similar it is your responsibility, to in writing notify LTP Brain Based Coaching on [email protected] with what you are experiencing and they will endeavor to assist as best as possible. Any technical difficulties do not exclude any other clause in this policy.
16. Janine Giannini is a Registered Counsellor in South Africa and coach globally, not a psychologist, physician, psychiatrist, or medical professional. I’ve been trained to provide guidance, emotional support and encouragement and use certain processes. I can’t diagnose illnesses. Coaching is not a substitute for a licensed Registered Psychologist, Doctor or medical advice.
17.The provisions of this policy shall survive termination of the Contract.
18. By proceeding to make a purchase, you are agreeing with this policy and acknowledging you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least 18 years old.
