I am super passionate about prosperity coaching, transformation coaching and being a high-performance life coach for high achieving creative entrepreneurs and professionals who are ready to EXPAND and step up to the NEXT LEVEL of life, career, and business, financially, mentally, and emotionally.

My ideal clients are creative men and women in business who want to INVEST in their continued growth and success. I support clients in identifying and implementing success habits, renewed creativity, self-worth and navigating challenges, transforming their narrative and relationship with money and themselves so that they can step into their ultimate zone, resulting in higher revenues, quality of life and improved patterns of interaction with their environment both business and personal. 

From a young age I have been intrigued by the field of psychology and human behaviour, so it was a natural choice for me to study psychology at university. I have numerous psychology degrees, brain-based certifications, and other courses. I am a little obsessed with learning and courses, so the list keeps growing.

I combine sound psychological knowledge and experience, coaching methods and brain-based neuroscientific tools to RE-WIRE and change old and limiting patterns of behaviour, thoughts, and beliefs to move you to your next level of success and expand your future through online private mentorship bundles and courses. 

I celebrate 12 successful years in the corporate recruitment industry as well as being a creative entrepreneur of a photography business. I have also run a thriving counselling practice for over 10 years before transitioning to prosperity coaching, transformation coaching and being a high-performance life coach at LTP Brain Based Coaching.

I live in South Africa and I proud mom to two busy and high achieving teenage daughters who have a true passion and zest for life. Part of the family are our two rescue dogs Shorty and Twinkle. I have an interest and passion for, women’s health, psychology and coaching, the brain, working out, photography, wildlife and bushveld, good food and reading.
